How does it work?

You can request EmlékTrezor directly after digitization or within 7 days of receiving your files. In this case, we upload the files to a permanent storage, which we share with up to 3 email addresses specified in the contract with read-only access. Important: those whose email addresses you provide must fill out a declaration in advance consenting to us handling their data! Without this, we cannot share your Vault with them.

You will have access to the files throughout the duration of the subscription. If you would like to add or delete files, write to studio@emlekmento.com and our team will perform the file operations.

You will receive an email notification one month before the subscription expires, including a proforma invoice; if you settle it, everything continues as usual. We will also call you 2 weeks before expiration to ask if you would like to renew.

If the subscription expires and you haven't renewed, you have 7 days to save your files before they are permanently deleted from both the cloud and our NAS server.

Of course, you can request EmlékTrezor later as well, but in that case, you must bring the files back to us.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why do I only get read-only access to my Vault?

Based on our experience, files are most often lost because someone needs space, or they don't remember what the file is and delete it. To prevent this from happening, we take responsibility for the contents of the Vault. You can access it anytime, from anywhere, but you cannot accidentally empty it!

I want to share it with several family members; can I add (or delete) email addresses?

Yes, addresses can be added or deleted. In this case, we charge a one-time administration fee of 599 HUF per occasion. For example, if you want to add 3 addresses and delete one at the same time, the modification for all addresses costs 599 HUF. However, if you request the modifications a month apart, it will cost 3 × 599 HUF.

The owners of the email addresses to be added must fill out a declaration consenting to the handling of their data.

I would like to organize my memories into folders within the Vault; how can I do that?

You can either bring the files to us already organized and renamed (e.g., if the backup was made earlier), or you can create the folder structure together with our colleague when signing the contract.

Similarly, if you don't want to share everything with everyone in your family, it is possible to grant access to specific email addresses for only certain folders.

You saved memories for me a long time ago; can I still request Memory Vault?

Of course, yes. In this case, you must bring back the files to be saved in the Vault, for example, on a flash drive. Files brought (or sent online – e.g., via WeTransfer or Google Drive) are first run through a virus scan; if they are clear, we upload them to the Vault.

We cannot scan password-protected ZIP files, so we do not allow such files into our system.

We only accept files from the contracted client's email address.

Can I store files with you that were not saved by your company?

Yes, you can store anything in the Vault that you want to keep safe. Files brought (or sent online – e.g., via WeTransfer or Google Drive) are first run through a virus scan; if they are clear, we upload them to the Vault.

We cannot scan password-protected ZIP files, so we do not allow such files into our system.

We only accept files from the contracted client's email address.

Can I order Memory Vault online?

Yes, after ordering the products listed above, our colleagues will contact you. You will receive a draft contract, and we will coordinate the data upload.

After the payment is received and the signed contract is returned, we will prepare your Vault. You can send the files you wish to store online, and we will upload them to your storage, which we will share with you – and if requested, with additional family members or acquaintances.

I would like to forward the Vault link so other acquaintances can see the files; is this possible?

No. For data protection reasons, we can only share access to your Memory Vault with the email addresses recorded in the contract.

It is in our common interest that unauthorized persons cannot access your personal data and memories.

If you want to add someone, you can do so by sending an email to our official address or in person at our store.
