How to place a new order?
I want to take it to the shop IN PERSON:
We offer normal, one-week, and 2-working-day turnaround times. You can drop off your materials without an appointment via the simplified intake at the "Fast Lane". However, if you would like to look into the materials or discuss details in person, please book an appointment for our expert consultation! Details below.

You can hand over your memories for saving in our shop in 2 ways:
- The first option is the FAST LANE, where work handovers and accelerated intakes happen free of charge. After the Fast Lane drop-off, our colleagues will call you within 3 working days to record the detailed worksheet, as you are used to. You will receive this via email.
- The second is the drop-off combined with EXPERT CONSULTATION, for which you must book an appointment in advance. This option has a consultation fee, 50% of which gets credited back from the total order amount.
You should choose the Fast Lane if:
- you are in a hurry and just want to drop off your materials
- you know exactly what you want because you have already discussed it with our colleagues via email or phone.
Sign up for expert consultation if:
- you don't want to wait and prefer arriving at a scheduled time,
- you would like to check your tapes,
- you are uncertain about what you want or what can be brought out of your memories and want to discuss this with an expert
- the material needs to be ready within 1 week.
The expert consultation fee is available at a 70% introductory discount compared to our normal hourly rate, for only 3499 HUF/15 minutes!
I want to send it via GLS courier:
If you want to send your memories to us comfortably and safely, choose the GLS courier service. Our partner will go to the address you provide and pick up the package. They will safely deliver your memories to us, and when we are done with the digitization, they will take them back to you. The courier fee is 2599 HUF/trip.

I want to send it via POST:
We receive dozens of packages every month, as not everyone can bring their memories in person.
- Pack the materials to be saved in a cardboard box or a bubble envelope,
- seal it carefully, and
- in a cover letter, write down your contact details (Phone, Email, Billing Name and Address), and your ideas and requests regarding what, in what quality, and to what format we should save,
- then send it via registered mail to the following postal address: Emlékmentő Kft. 1141 Bp. Cinkotai út 12. (This is only a postal address, there is no customer service here!) The return shipping happens via GLS, the cost of which is 2599 HUF.
Naturally, we will notify you upon arrival and upon dispatch.
I request an EMLÉKMENTŐ courier:
Do you have a lot to save, but wouldn't trust a regular courier? If we have discussed every detail of the saving process by phone, our colleague will go anywhere and bring your materials straight to our headquarters.
Call-out fees for a one-way trip:
- To Budapest 4,999 HUF,
- To a Pest County address 7,999 HUF,
- every additional km traveled is 199 HUF.
