
Book an appointment for dropping off items with expert consultation
If you need advice regarding the memories you want to save, choose an appointment and we will be happy to help!
The booking process:
Step 1: Choose whether you want to book a 15, 30, or 60-minute appointment.
- If you only have a few tapes, photos, or films, it is best to choose the short consultation – here you can quickly discuss the details with our colleague.
- If you are bringing several (more than 3) different types of media, or have many questions, choose the longer options.
After every consultation, there is a 15-minute extra buffer, so that 1-2 more questions can be discussed (meaning there is definitely 15+15 minutes or 60+15 minutes between two appointments).
Step 2: Click on the right-pointing arrow next to the selected consultation type.
Step 3: You will see the calendar and available times. Click on the day that suits you, then choose an available time slot.
Step 4: Enter your details.
Please check your email address and phone number to ensure they are correct!
In the comment field, you can also specify in advance what topics you would like to ask for help with.
Step 5: Check the box before the privacy policy, then click the Book Appointment button.
The system will then send you an email with the details provided, offering you the option to save the appointment to your own Google Calendar.
(You will also receive a reminder email before your appointment.)
Please arrive on time for your booked appointment, or notify us in advance of any delay by phone (+36-70-636-6092), so we can move it to a later time if necessary.
You can cancel your appointment at any time using the Cancel appointment link found in the notification email. If you change your mind, please cancel the appointment.
