Online Consultation before digitization

Online Consultation with Our Expert
If you are uncertain about your memories, specifically:
- what types of media you have,
- whether they are in a salvageable condition,
- what can be achieved with them,
- what formats they can be converted into,
- how and to what extent the quality can be improved,
- or if you have any technical questions regarding their digitization before bringing your old media to our store, request our online expert consultation!
The consultation takes place via Google Meet. The advantage of Google Meet is that we can see exactly what kind of media you have through the camera, so if you are unsure, definitely choose this option.
We will send a link for the Google Meet, which allows you to join the conversation using a camera-equipped mobile phone or a computer with a webcam.
Consultation is available in 4 durations:
- 15 minutes,
- 30 minutes,
- 45 minutes,
- 60 minutes,
If you only have 1-2 types of media, we recommend the shorter 15 or 30-minute consultation. If you have more complex requests (e.g., custom video editing) or various types of camera cassettes, VHS, photos, or slides to be digitized, it is worth choosing a longer consultation to have enough time to discuss the possibilities in detail and prepare a calculation.
If you bring your memories to our store or send them by post/courier for digitization after the consultation, we will credit 50% of the consultation fee toward the final total of the digitization. To receive this, please make sure to inform our colleagues during the order intake that you participated in an online consultation.
Online consultation is not available for data recovery from mobile phones, USB drives, hard drives, or other storage media, as these must always be examined in person to determine if they are salvageable. Unfortunately, we cannot perform this assessment online.
